Haven't posted in a while, but have a few updates to add.......
I have finally gotten the back bracing finished; glued the back to the sides/rim; and glued the top on.....
Then, I trimmed the top back and routed for the binding. Added the binding and scraped it flush to the body. This particular model is only getting binding on the front....
Now I've started working on the neck. I cut it out from two pieces that I glued up to form the blank. Routed for the truss rod, added a peghead veneer and cut the trussrod adjustment pocket. ....and somewhere along the way, I managed to route the dovetail joint for the neck and body.
